What Platto is

Platto is an AI-powered Mediterranean meal planner. It generates weekly meal plans, recipes, and grocery lists based on your food preferences. Platto is not a medical or nutritional advisory service.

What Platto is not

Platto is not a substitute for professional dietary, medical, or nutritional advice. The meal plans generated are suggestions based on general Mediterranean diet principles. If you have allergies, medical conditions, or specific dietary needs, consult a qualified professional before following any plan.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use Platto. If you are under 16, you may not create an account or use the service. One account per person.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the service
• Share your account with others
• Use Platto for any unlawful purpose
• Resell or redistribute content generated by Platto

AI-generated content

Meal plans, recipes, and grocery lists are generated by artificial intelligence. While we work to make the output accurate and useful, we cannot guarantee that every recipe, ingredient quantity, or nutritional suggestion is correct. Always use your own judgment, especially regarding food allergies and intolerances.

Payments and subscriptions

Payments are processed by Creem (creem.io), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Creem handles billing, tax collection, refunds, and chargebacks on our behalf. By making a purchase, you also agree to Creem's terms of service.

Subscription details, pricing, and billing cycles are displayed before purchase. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Creem as Merchant of Record. If you are unsatisfied, contact us at hola@platto.food and we will work with Creem to resolve it.

Intellectual property

Platto, its design, branding, and underlying technology are owned by us. The meal plans generated for you are yours to use personally, but you may not redistribute or commercialize them.

Availability

We aim to keep Platto available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, modify, or temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or improvements.

Limitation of liability

Platto is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of Platto, including but not limited to health issues from following generated meal plans, service interruptions, or data loss.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hola@platto.food.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Platto after changes means you accept the updated terms.
